Cape Mentelle Cabernet Sauvignon 1993 • A huge, powerful wine, brimming with cassis plum fruit and chocolate with a underlying complexity of mint and oak.This vineyard was set up by David Hohnen in Western Australia, before he set up Cloudy Bay

Lindemans Limestone Ridge Shiraz 1994 • From Coonawarra, the premium site of Australia. Rich and deep with a bouquet of plums, and black peppers. A wine of substance with spicy fruit, firm tannins and a great length with the ability to age for many years.

Penfolds Reserve Bin 94A Chardonnay 1994 • From a cool climate, this Chardonnay has a concentrated citrus melon fruit and nutty oak aromas. With 10 months oak maturation on its lees, the palate displays a butterscotch character with good oak tannins.
