Wolf Blass Barrel Fermented Chardonnay 1997 • The bouquet has a rich varietal aroma with a lovely butterscotch complexity. The palate has lively Chardonnay fruit with oak flavours that combine perfectly to give a long, dry finish.

Wolf Blass Yellow Label Cabernet Sauvignon 1996 • The wine has a deep, rich red colour and the bouquet shows integrated aromas of oak, mint and fruit characters. It is soft and round, with a lingering finish.

Wynns Coonawarra Estate Cabernet Shiraz Merlot 1994 • A rich and complex wine with powerful spicy fruit with an underlying softness of ripe plums and berries.
