From fruit grown on the clay and granite soils of the Casablanca Valleys Belen estate, the grapes are pressed, then fermented in stainless steel and kept on fine lees until bottling. This pale yellow wine exhibits aromas of ripe peach, pears, fresh pineapple and a little touch of roasted hazelnuts. The tropical fruits follow through on the palate with a long, rounded creamy finish from the lees aging. This medium-bodied, unoaked Chardonnay pairs nicely with white meats, fish and seafood.
